West Ham vs Brentford prediction

West Ham have been much-improved in the last couple of months and they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting just a point behind Tottenham Hotspur in the relegation battle. The Hammers managed to edge past Fulham by a goal to nil at Craven Cottage in their most recent outing in midweek.

Brentford remain in the hunt for a top seven or eight finish and potential European qualification under the management of Keith Andrews. The Bees shared a goalless draw with AFC Bournemouth in midweek to mean they are actually only four points outside of the top five and the UEFA Champions League spots.

Brentford will be able to focus on this a bit more than West Ham can do, with the Irons’ first priority being survival in the Premier League and so siding with the visitors seems a solid bet.

West Ham vs Brentford tip: Double chance – Brentford to win or draw
