Wakefield Trinity vs Huddersfield Giants prediction

Wakefield Trinity welcome the Huddersfield Giants with the home side fully expecting to take all three points at the DIY Kitchens Stadium.

Daryl Powell’s men have been in fine form with four wins from their last five but they cannot be complacent as they take on the bottom club on Sunday.

Wakey are desperate to achieve to back-to-back play-off qualifications for the first time in their history and that is the motivation that is driving them on this season.

They look fully capable of taking that step too.

The Giants have lost their last eight matches and have only won two matches all season. Jim Lenihan’s side are struggling to score points and they are simply not good enough to hold teams off which is making for a long arduous season.

It is hard to see that changing here against one of the in-form teams in the league and we fully expect the home side to coast to victory and cover the spread.

Wakefield Trinity vs Huddersfield Giants tip: Wakefield Trinity to win -17.5 points
