Villarreal vs Real Valladolid Prediction

Villarreal come into this one on the back of backing up their 4-0 defeat of Real Mallorca by sharing a 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano last week. The Yellow Submarine sit tucked inside the top five as they chase UEFA Champions League ahead of this weekend’s round of fixtures. They now face a Real Valladolid side that have been improved since the appointment of Diego Cocca, who replaced Paolo Pezzolano last month, but they were hammered 3-0 by Real Madrid at Estadio Jose Zorrilla last weekend. Villarreal are expected to come out on top in this one, especially at El Madrigal.
