Vikingur Reykjavik vs Brondby prediction

Icelandic outfit Vikingur Reykjavik started their 2025/26 European campaign with a 9-0 aggregate defeat of Kosovan outfit Malisheva in the first qualifying round last month. That was followed up by an impressive come from behind 5-4 aggregate defeat of Vllaznia Shkoder in the second qualifying round, completed last week.

Brondby, who have been ambitious in the summer transfer window with recent £2.6 million addition of Luis Binks from Coventry City, overcame Faroese Premier League side Havnar Boltfelag in the previous round of this competition, with a hard-fought 2-1 aggregate victory, completed last week.

Home advantage will give Vikingur a real chance of taking the game to Brondby this week, and it should be quite a fun watch for the neutral this week.
