Utrecht vs Porto prediction

FC Utrecht come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat of NEC Nijmegen in their most recent outing, at the weekend. They remain tucked inside the top-half of the Eredivisie table but they have been underwhelming. Utrecht, alongside Red Bull Salzburg and Rangers, have lost three from three in the UEFA Europa League.

They now face a Porto side that have been much-improved this time around, under the management of former Ajax and Nice boss Francesco Farioli. They had started well in this competition, too, with back-to-back victories before a 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in Sean Dyche’s first game in charge.

Porto will head to the Netherlands seeking to propel themselves to the top end of the league phase table and the Dragons are firm favourites for this one in Utrecht.

Utrecht vs Porto tip: Porto to win
