USA weren’t at their best to begin their U-17 World Cup campaign but their backline was solid and they did just enough attacking-wise against Burkina Faso, winning 1-0. They had to be patient and were frustrated for periods. Eventually though, they overwhelmed their opponent’s backline and scored the winning goal with 11 minutes of normal time remaining.

What we saw them suggests that the Tajikistani defence is going to struggle against all of their group stage opponents.
