In the first-leg of this one, at Kuopion Keskuskenta in Finland, KuPS and Uni Craiova shared a 1-1 draw. The Romanians took a first-half lead before Jaime Moreno equalised in the latter stages of the second-half for KuPS.

KuPS reached the knockout play-off stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season but they have been more unconvincing this time around. Uni Craiova, Romanian champions, were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by Levski Sofia last month.

KuPS will attempt to be awkward but, away from home in Eastern Europe, it will be tough and siding with Uni Craiova would be the way to go for this one.
