Twente vs Union Saint-Gilloise Prediction

It has been a mixed start for Twente in the Europa League so far as while they have only lost one match, they have drawn the other three and yet to win one. They have had some really tough matches however against Man Utd, Fenerbahce, Lazio and Nice so they will be viewing this one as a winnable match.

In the Dutch Eredivisie, they have been playing well having won three and drawn two of their last five.

As they return to European action, they will have to do without full-back Bart van Rooij who was sent off against Nice last time out.

Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise have also yet to win a match in this year's Europa League campaign having drawn both home matches and lost their two away. That poor away form has been an issue in the Belgian First Division also as they have failed to win a single match in eight away league games so far. They have drawn six of those games however.

This is a tough one for them and with both teams desperate for a win, it is the home side we favour here. Twente should have beaten Nice away on matchday four when they were 0-2 up after 60 minutes. They shipped two late goals however and did not manage the game particularly well. They can take advantage of the Belgians' poor away form however and get a much-needed win under their belts.

Twente vs Union Saint-Gilloise Tip: Twente to win
