Toulouse vs Strasbourg Prediction

Toulouse struggled at the start of this season but, still under the management of Spanish coach Carlos Martinez Novell, they have been much-improved in recent months as they now prepare to take on an entertaining Strasbourg side at Stadium de Toulouse this weekend.

The home team come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 win over a strong Lens side at Stade Bollaert-Delelis up in the north of France last weekend thanks to a 73rd minute winning penalty from Zakaria Aboukhlal. They have suffered just two defeats in their last ten matches across all competitions.

Former Hull City coach Liam Rosenior is in charge of a Strasbourg side that struggled for results in the first-half of last season but played an entertaining style of football. The visitors’ 16 matches so far this season have consisted of 56 goals. The Alsace-based club earned a much-needed 3-1 win over high flying Auxerre last weekend.

Toulouse play a possession-based style of football and Strasbourg have been entertaining to watch so both teams scoring looks a good bet for this one this weekend.
