Tottenham vs Man City prediction
Despite seemingly raising their game in Europe, Tottenham are still struggling domestically; Thomas Frank's men are winless in their last five Premier League games, collecting just three points in that stretch.
They played out a 2-2 draw with promoted side Burnley last weekend, but they completed their league phase campaign in the UEFA Champions League with a 0-2 success away at Frankfurt.
Man City's local rivals Man Utd did them a favour last weekend by defeating Arsenal, opening the door for Pep Guardiola's men to once again apply pressure to the table-toppers.
City got back to winning ways last weekend with a routine 2-0 win over Wolves, and then defeated Galatasaray by the same scoreline on Wednesday as they scraped into the top eight of the league phase.
Haaland was on target in the latter to end his recent goal drought, and it would surprise no one if he was to follow that up by finding the net against Spurs.
