Torino vs Bologna prediction

Torino have been stagnating in Serie A for some time now and they are being dragged towards the relegation battle, albeit still from a safe distance. Their most recent outing saw them share a 2-2 draw with struggling Fiorentina, making it just one win in their last six matches in Italy’s top-flight.

Bologna, on the other hand, were cup winners and hopeful of UEFA Champions League qualification at the start of the season but a 1-1 draw with Lazio, ahead of losing on penalties in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia in midweek, means that they have now managed just two victories inside 90 minutes in their last 15 matches across all competitions with those wins coming against rock-bottom Hellas Verona, as well as Maccabi Tel-Aviv, who finished rock-bottom in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League.

Neither of these teams can be trusted to be backed for three points but they should both, at least, go at each other in desperation and so both teams scoring may well be likely.

Torino vs Bologna tip: Both teams to score
