Toluca vs Tigres UANL prediction
Toluca come into this one on the back of a 3-0 aggregate defeat to Pachuca in the quarter-finals of the Liga MX. They finished fifth in the Clausura of Liga MX with just three losses. Their semi-final saw them hammer LAFC in impressive fashion earlier this month.
They now face a Tigres UANL side that finished five points and two places behind Toluca in the domestic table. Tigres also defeated MLS opposition in the semis, edging past a strong Nashville side with a couple of 1-0 victories home and away.
Tigres will believe they can be stubborn opposition for Toluca and the nerves for both sides may take over with a long evening potentially in store in Mexico.
