Tigres come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat to Club Tijuana in their most recent outing, at the weekend. A 5-1 win over Cincinnati, to come from 3-0 down on aggregate in the round of 16, is their only victory in their last five matches.

They now face a Seattle Sounders side that most recently edged past Houston Dynamo by a goal to nil, extending their unbeaten run of form to six matches across all competitions; conceding just one goal in those six games.

Home advantage was clearly crucial for Tigres in the previous round and they will be steady here, but steady is exactly what Seattle are and so a low-scoring encounter seems a good bet for this one at Estadio Universitario.
