Portuguese Premier League legend Cristiano Ronaldo is the second oldest Premier League hat-trick scorer, having netted three goals in a single fixture on two occasions at the age of 37 during a second spell at Man Utd against Norwich City and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.
After Sheringham and Ronaldo, Gordon Strachan is the third oldest player to have scored a Premier League hat-trick and the only one to have done so at 36-years-old. Former Scottish international Strachan claimed that hat-trick against Blackburn Rovers in 1993 whilst at Leeds Utd, the only hat-trick of his Premier League career.
Of the current top 20 oldest Premier League hat-trick scorers, only one remains in the Premier League as it stands, that being a 33-year-old Chris Wood, who racked up three goals for Nottingham Forest on February 1st 2025 in a 7-0 thrashing of Brighton, the third Premier League hat-trick of his career.
