The Russian burst onto the tour earlier this season with a remarkable run of form on clay in Madrid, first winning the Challenger title there before making the third round on his Masters debut. World number 345 Chun-Hsin Tseng was ranked inside the top 100 last summer but he has spent the majority of this year labouring on the Challenger circuit.
