Strasbourg vs Angers prediction
There was late heartbreak for Strasbourg last weekend as Marseille came from behind to snatch a late 2-1 win at Stade de la Meinau, but it has otherwise been a very strong start to the domestic campaign for Liam Rosenior's side, who have won four of their six league games to date.
Their UEFA Conference League campaign got off to a strong start with a 1-2 victory away at Slovan Bratislava on Thursday.
Angers performed admirably last season to avoid an immediate return to Ligue 2, but they look like the could be in for another battle to avoid the drop as they enter the weekend in the bottom three.
Alexandre Dejeux's side won their first game of the season but have failed to pick up a victory in the following five fixtures. They could be capable a point here though as Strasbourg may be a little fatigued from their Conference League endeavours.
