Stoke vs Coventry prediction

Stoke City come into this one on the back of a comfortable 2-0 win away at Norwich City at Carrow Road last weekend, making it back-to-back victories for the Potters in 2026. That has brought them back towards the top six and the playoff places in the Championship after a major dip in form through the autumn and winter.

They now face a Coventry City side that, now coached by Frank Lampard, remain at the top-of-the-table in the second-tier but the Sky Blues are enduring a major blip which is seeing their lead at the top being cut week by week. Their 3-2 loss to Birmingham City last week means that they have won just two of their last eight matches.

That run of form will definitely contribute towards Lampard wanting to rotate a fair bit more here and siding with Stoke being able to punish that seems a good bet for this one.

Stoke vs Coventry tip: Stoke to score two or more goals
