Swiss outfit St Gallen had a tough start to the Conference League campaign conceding six goals against Cercle Brugge in their opening match and then four at home to Fiorentina in their second. They have recovered pretty well in the last two matches beating Larne and drawing with TSC, but they desperately need result here if they are to progress to the knockout phase.

They will welcome playing another match at home but they face a tough test as Vitoria Guimaraes make the trip to Switzerland. Portuguese club have been excellent in this competition so far winning their first three matches and drawing in Astana last time out.

Similar to St Gallen, Vitoria’s matches have been laden with goals and this match promises to be no different. They can continue to play their usual style of football, while it is the home side that have to go all out for the victory.
