In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round tie, Universitatea Craiova dispatched of Spartak Trnava by three goals to nil at Ion Oblemenco Stadium in Romania last week. Stefan Baiaram, Assad Al Hawsawi and Carlos Mora hammered went 3-0 up with three second-half goals, before second-half substitute Jakub Paur was then sent off by Spartak Trnava late on.
Spartak Trnava began their European campaign with a defeat to Hacken in the UEFA Europa League, before then defeating Hibernians in the previous round of this campaign, whilst Universitatea Craiova hammered Sarajevo last month.
Universitatea Craiova were dominant against Sarajevo in the second qualifying round, and they appear to be too good for Spartak Trnava in the third qualifying round, too.
