Spain vs Italy prediction

This feels like a battle between the irresistible force and the immovable object. Spain’s offensive play has been deadly throughout the tournament so far with no team having racked up as many goals as their 16 across the group stage. However, Italy managed a clean sheet in one of their three group games and with that in mind, they shouldn’t be underestimated after picking up four points from their last two.

This Spanish side showed how good they can be against Belgium last time out and their 10-3 win was an example of that, securing a 100% record of three wins from three in Group C. It’s expected that their attacking verve and forward play will overwhelm Italy and ultimately lead them to a quarter-final victory.
