South Africa vs Rwanda Prediction

Group C of CAF qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been entertaining throughout the campaign and now we have a stellar final match day. Benin are top of the group on 17 points with South Africa back on 15 and then Nigeria a further back on 14.

If Nigeria were to defeat Benin this week then they would leapfrog the group leaders but that would then open the door for South Africa to qualify with a win over Rwanda, reaching the tournament for the first time since they hosted in 2010.

South Africa most recently stumbled to a frustrating goalless draw with Zimbabwe, whilst Rwanda were beaten by the aforementioned Benin the other day.

Benin are on the verge of history and South Africa must simply win to stand any chance to deny them and they have to be viewed as the favourites with home advantage here.

South Africa vs Rwanda Tip: South Africa to win & under 3.5 goals
