South Africa vs Guinea prediction

South Africa got off the mark in Group C last time out, but had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Algeria, Thabiso Kutumela equalising after the South Africans fell behind just before the half-hour mark. Guinea meanwhile, went down heavily at the hands of Uganda by three goals to nil, a desperately disappointing outcome for a side who were victorious in the opening round of group matches.

Expect South Africa to smell blood here and look to capitalise on a vulnerable looking Guinean backline. However, Guinea could be afforded chances of their own as South Africa push bodies forward, leaving themselves vulnerable at the other end of the pitch. With that in mind, consider backing both teams to score in this encounter.

South Africa vs Guinea tip: Both teams to score
