Slovenia vs Bosnia-Herzegovina prediction

Bosnia-Herzegovina managed to come through a close encounter with San Marino in a World Cup qualifier this past weekend, winning a tight game by a goal to nil. Slovenia faced a contest of less intensity, a friendly away to Luxembourg in which they were also successful by a single goal.

For Bosnia-Herzegovina, it may well be tougher to generate the same intensity that we saw from them last time out with it being a friendly compared to the importance of a World Cup qualifier. Having said that, this could mean we see the visitors play with freedom and perhaps leave themselves a bit more open in a bid to try and take the game to Slovenia.

However, the hosts have some dangerous attacking players who can take advantage of any space inside the opposition half and Slovenia will want to show some more cutting edge themselves going forward. Therefore, expect goals in this one and consider backing over 2.5 of them.

Slovenia vs Bosnia-Herzegovina tip: Over 2.5 goals
