Slovan Bratislava vs Kairat prediction

In the first-leg of this UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie at the Ortalyq Stadion in Almaty last week, Kairat managed to surprise Slovan Bratislava by defeating them by a goal to nil. Defensive midfielder Rahim Ibrahim was sent off mid-way through the second-half for Slovan Bratislava, before Kairat pinched their first-leg advantage, courtesy of a 90th minute penalty scored by Dastan Satpaev.

Slovan Bratislava reached the league phase of the UEFA Champions League last season and would be expected to reach the 36-team tournament, once again. Kairat managed to overcome Kuopion Palloseura in the second qualifying round last month.

Slovan Bratislava hammered Zrinjski Mostar in Slovakia in the second qualifying round, and a comfortable victory for the hosts is to be expected, despite the deficit.

Slovan Bratislava vs Kairat tip: Slovan Bratislava to win -1 handicap
