Sheffield Wednesday vs Hull prediction

Sheffield Wednesday come into this one on the back of suffering a 3-1 hammering at the hands of Ipswich Town at Portman Road last week. That valiant and competitive performance means that Henrik Pedersen’s Owls, still on minus nine points, have won just one of their 21 matches so far this season.

They now face a Hull City side that begin the match day tucked inside the top six and the playoff places in the Championship. The Tigers edged past West Bromwich Albion at the MKM Stadium last week, meaning that Semir Jakirovic’s side have now won four of their last five matches.

Hull haven’t been overly convincing but they have been entertaining of late and they should be sided with for this one down in South Yorkshire.
