They face a Brentford side that have not just surprised many by being more than safe in the Premier League but that are also in the hunt for the European spots, too. The Bees’ 3-0 hammering of Sunderland in midweek leaves the west Londoners sitting fifth in the table and just two points outside of the top four, remarkably.
Brentford have a deceptively large amount of depth, too, as shown by their EFL Cup run to the quarter-finals and, even if they rotate, should win this one quite comfortably.
