Sheffield Utd vs Blackburn prediction

Heading into the March international break on the back of a 1-0 win in the Steel City Derby against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough, Chris Wilder spoke of his excitement of the automatic promotion run in but Blades then suffered four defeats in five matches to see them finish well below both Leeds United and Burnley in the end.

They now face a Blackburn Rovers side that lost manager John Eustace to relegation-battling Derby County in mid-March before the Lancastrians then slipped away from the top six under Valerian Ismael. Ismael has finally found some form, though, with four successive defeats now giving them a chance of a top six finish and a playoff place.

With United unlikely to put too much into the game ahead of the playoffs, it could well be a good value bet to side with Rovers for this one at Bramall Lane this weekend.

Sheffield Utd vs Blackburn tip: Double chance – Blackburn to win or draw
