San Diego vs Toluca prediction

San Diego played in their first ever season in 2025 and the expansion franchise finished at the top-of-the-table in the Western Conference. After getting past Pumas UNAM in the first round of this competition, they have started their 2026 MLS season with three successive victories.

They now face a Toluca side that won last season’s Clausura in Liga MX and their recent 3-1 defeat of Club Juarez at the weekend has left them unbeaten after ten matches, just a point behind reigning North American champions Cruz Azul.

Toluca are a strong team but the same can be said for the home team, too, and so both teams scoring seems a decent bet for this one at the Snapdragon Stadium.
