Salzburg vs Go Ahead Eagles prediction

Red Bull Salzburg come into this one on the back of a 4-1 hammering of Ried in the Austrian Bundesliga at the weekend. The home team have returned to the top-of-the-table domestically and they have now suffered just one defeat in their last six matches across all competitions.

They now face a Go Ahead Eagles side that have pulled off some major surprises in their first ever European campaign. After winning in Greece against Panathinaikos, they then managed to come from behind to defeat Aston Villa by two goals to one in the Netherlands a couple of weeks ago.

With home advantage, Salzburg will believe they are firm favourites to continue their good run of form, although Go Ahead will fancy their chances of hurting the Austrians once again.

Salzburg vs Go Ahead Eagles tip: Salzburg to win & over 2.5 goals
