It has been a miserable Easter period for Wakefield having lost to local rivals Castleford and then Wigan by a combined score of 88-14 so they will drastically need to raise their game as they make the trip to face Hull KR. In contrast, the home side had a good Easter with wins over city rivals Hull FC and Toulouse but they have since been stunned by the news that coach Tony Smith will leave the club at the end of the season.
