Roma vs Frankfurt Prediction
Despite their improvement, Roma have managed just two victories in seven matches as they head into the final match day sitting just one point above 25th in the UEFA Europa League.
The hosts come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat of Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium at the weekend thanks to two second-half penalties scored by Lorenzo Pellegrini and Artem Dovbyk, turning the game on its head. They have suffered just two defeats in their last 11 matches across all competitions, including a loss to AZ Alkmaar in the Netherlands last week.
They now face an Eintracht Frankfurt side that, coached by Dino Toppmoller, have been very impressive with five victories and two defeats in the UEFA Europa League as they sit second in the league phase table. They most recently shared a 2-2 draw with Hoffenheim the other day with Adam Hlozek scoring a second-half stoppage-time equaliser at the weekend.
Frankfurt are expected to remain entertaining with their front foot and attacking 3-4-2-1 system, despite the recent sale of Omar Marmoush to Manchester City. Roma need a win in this game and Frankfurt are one of the more open sides in Europe so a fun clash for the neutral is likely.
