Roma vs Barcelona prediction

Roma were taught a harsh lesson by Real Madrid last week, losing 6-2 to the Spanish side, and it doesn't get any easier for them here given that they face one of the favourites for the whole tournament in the form of Barcelona.

Despite competing fairly well in the first half in Madrid, Roma fell away badly, although they did restore some confidence over the weekend with a come-from-behind 1-2 triumph against Milan in Serie A Femenine.

Runners up to Arsenal in last season's competition, Barcelona made a statement of intent on Matchday 1 with a resounding 7-1 victory over Bayern Munich. The three-time European champions then followed that up by thrashing Atletico Madrid 0-6 in the Spanish league.

The Catalan giants lost strike Ewa Pajor to injury over the weekend, but such is there considerable strength in depth that they should have no issues covering her absence. This Roma defence look there for the taking so we are favouring another handsome victory for Barca.

Roma vs Barcelona tip: Barcelona to win with -3 handicap
