Ritchie Edhouse vs Jonny Tata prediction

Ritchie Edhouse winning the European Championship title last year will surely go down as one of the biggest surprises when it comes to televised PDC tournament winners, and it's fair to say the 42-year-old Englishman has reverted to type since then.

If anything, 'Madhouse' has been on the decline since going all the way in Dortmund, and was not able to defend his title this year as he failed to even qualify for the event.

Edhouse hasn't really made a dent in any tournament in 2025, ahead of his sixth appearance at Ally Pally, and Jonny Tata may fancy his chances here.

Ranking leader of the DPNZ Pro Tour this year, New Zealander Tata - who hit a nine-darter in September - will be making his debut at All Pally.

Tata has big-stage experience though, and defeated two-time world champion Peter Wright at the 2023 New Zealand Darts Masters. With this in mind, coupled with Edhouse's recent struggles, this could be one to go against the odds.
