Real Madrid vs Las Palmas Prediction

Real Madrid were poor in terms of their performance level throughout the first-half of the campaign. They returned from the winter break with a very late come from behind at Mestalla against Valencia a fortnight ago before two late goals gave them a 3-0 cushion in the semi-finals of the Spanish Supercopa. However, they were then beaten 5-1 by Barcelona in the final in Saudi Arabia before then being taken to extra-time in midweek by Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey but they eventually ran out 5-2 winners in another unconvincing win. They now face a Las Palmas side that struggled in the opening couple of months of the campaign but they have been much-improved since the appointment of Diego Martinez. The Canary Islanders will try and get on the front foot and play their own way at the Bernabeu. It is expected to be an entertaining and high-scoring affair in the Spanish capital on Sunday.

Real Madrid vs Las Palmas Tip: Over 2.5 goals
