Reading vs Huddersfield prediction

Noel Hunt replaced Ruben Selles mid-way through last season and, in difficult circumstances, the former Ireland international led Reading to seventh in League One. The Royals have now finally got new ownership, following the departure of Dai Yongge, with Rob Couhig replacing him. They did begin with a 2-0 loss at Lincoln City, though.

They now face a Huddersfield Town side that endured a miserable underperformance of a season last year as they finished firmly in the middle-of-the-table. The Terriers, with rookie boss Lee Grant, began their campaign with a 3-0 hammering of Leyton Orient, after a heavy summer of spending as they seek to put things right this season.

Reading may well find it tougher than they expect this year, despite the change of ownership, and siding with Huddersfield seems a good bet for this one in Berkshire.
