Their penalty shootout victory over Gillingham in midweek backed up a 2-0 defeat of Lincoln City at Plough Lane last week, after a hard-fought 1-0 loss to Luton Town at Kenilworth Road on the opening day.
Reading need a performance and need a response this weekend, but Wimbledon can get it up most teams in League One, and it may be a close contest in Berkshire.
