Last season, Austrian giants Rapid Vienna reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League in the 2024/25 campaign, before losing to Djurgarden after extra-time at home. Decic reached this stage of the competition this season by edging past Sileks by three goals to two on aggregate in the first qualifying round.
In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie at Stadion Tusko Polje in Montenegro last week, Rapid pulled off a comfortable 2-0 victory over Decic. Jannes Horn gave Rapid the lead early on in the first-half, before Matthias Seidl scored a penalty to make it 2-0 just before half-time.
