In the first-leg at the Banja Luka City Stadium last week, Rapid Vienna, who are underperforming in the Austrian Bundesliga, took a 34th minute lead via Dion Beljo before David Vukovic scored a 92nd minute penalty to equalise for the Bosnians.
Rapid Vienna continued their underwhelming domestic campaign after that game at the weekend as they suffered a 2-1 loss to Hartberg in Austria the other day. They currently sit sixth in the Austrian top-flight and are dangerously close to finishing in the bottom-half and falling into the end of season relegation round.
Borac Banja Luka pulled off an upset in the knockout playoff round of this competition, defeating Slovenian champions Olimpija Ljubljana by a goal to nil on aggregate. Rescuing the draw last week now means the Bosnians are now unbeaten in their last ten matches across all competitions since losing to Shamrock Rovers in December.
Rapid Vienna will be confident of getting over the line, especially with their home advantage, but Borac have proven that they will make it difficult for anyone to score against them this season.
