Preston vs Leicester prediction

Paul Heckingbottom’s Preston North End collapsed to the relegation battle last season. However, they have started steadily here, with the Lancastrians beginning with a 1-1 draw away at Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on the opening day, before they then managed to edge past League Two side Barrow in the EFL Cup in midweek.

Leicester City have some off-field issues to deal with, and the Foxes are already under a lot of pressure, following the appointment of Marti Cifuentes. They came from behind to avoid humiliation and defeat crisis club Sheffield Wednesday at the King Power Stadium last weekend before then losing to League One Huddersfield Town on penalties.

Preston have shown themselves to already be difficult to beat, whilst Leicester have struggled quite badly thus far, so siding with Preston could well be a good value bet.

Preston vs Leicester tip: Double chance – Preston to win or draw
