Portugal vs Japan prediction

Portugal have been taking statements so far in Group B and they are the only team of the four in that group confirmed as through to the knockout stage as it stands. They’ll want to head into the next round full of confidence, so expect them to overwhelm Japan offensively across the 90 minutes.

Japan will more than likely be unable to keep out Portugal in the end. The quality of the Portuguese players cannot be underestimated and that should be on display here. Back victory for Portugal by at least two clear goals.

Portugal vs Japan tip: Portugal to win with -1 handicap
