Peterborough vs Luton prediction

Under the management of Darren Ferguson, Peterborough United dramatically declined last season as the perennial promotion challengers slipped into being on the verge of the relegation battle in League One last season. Posh began their season with a 2-1 defeat to Cardiff City in a game in which they took the lead last weekend.

Luton Town, with an extremely impressive squad, begin League One as the pre-season title favourites after back-to-back relegations from the Premier League. Matt Bloomfield is an attacking coach and the Hatters will need time to gel this season, as was shown by AFC Wimbledon blunting them to a 1-0 loss last week with an own goal the difference.

Peterborough may not be as disciplined and are likely to try to be as attacking as ever this week, so siding with a more entertaining Luton victory would appear good value.

Peterborough vs Luton tip: Luton to win & both teams to score
