It’s not been the start that either of these two clubs would’ve wanted but at least there is plenty of time to turn things around. Both Perth Glory and Melbourne Victory have accumulated just a point so far after two rounds of A-League fixtures, with the Glory bottom of the table after losing 4-0 away at Melbourne City last time out.
The other Melbourne side in the Victory should prove more beatable opposition, especially when considering that they shipped five goals against Newcastle Jets most recently. The backline of both teams have come into question over the past week and with that in mind, a shrewd play may well be to back over 2.5 goals being scored, regardless of the final outcome.
