Key left-back Woyo Coulibaly missed last weekend due to illness and he is a doubt for this one due to that but is also expected to soon complete a move to Premier League side Leicester City.

As well as the absence of Coulibaly, Parma have several other injury issues such as Yordan Osorio, Nahuel Estevez, Adrian Bernabe and Gabriel Charpentier.

Venezia Team News: Zampano suspension

Venezia have enjoyed a fully fit squad for most of this campaign but they now have plenty of injuries as well as dealing with the suspension of wing-back Francesco Zampano.

As well as the absence of Zampano, the Venetians will be without the likes of Joel Schingtinne, Domen Crnigoj, Ghana international Alfred Duncan and Richie Sagrado for this one.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Stankovic; Haps, Idzes, Sverko; Carboni, Doumbia, Caviglia, Busio, Ellertsson; Oristanio, Pohjanpalo

Unavailable: Schingtienne (Injured), Svoboda (Injured), Zampano (Suspended), Candela (Injured), Richie Sagrado (Injured), Crnigoj (Injured), Duncan (Injured)

Questionable: Altare (Injured)

Parma vs Venezia Prediction

As mentioned, Parma play an impressive style of football under Pecchia, whilst Venezia are coached by the naturally attacking instincts of Eusebio Di Francesco. The home team come into this one on the back of a slender and frustrating 1-0 defeat away to Genoa last weekend. Venezia, on the other hand, also suffered their own 1-0 defeat as they lost at home to defending champions Internazionale. Parma are favourites with their home advantage for what may end up being a high-scoring affair and a potentially entertaining encounter for the neutral.

Parma vs Venezia Tip: Parma to win & over 2.5 goals
