Paris FC are one of the wealthiest clubs in French football and they remain an ambitious outfit but it has been a very average campaign as they now take on Lens this weekend.

Paris vs Lens prediction

Paris FC come into this one on the back of a goalless draw with fellow strugglers Auxerre. That came just a few days after they succumbed to a 2-0 loss to Lorient in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France as they hover just above the bottom three and the danger zone in Ligue 1.

Lens come into this one on the back of an impressive 3-1 defeat of Stade Rennais at Stade Bollaert-Delelis in the north of France, courtesy of goals scored by Odsonne Edouard, Ruben Aguilar and new signing Allan Saint-Maximin. That leaves them just two points behind Paris Saint-Germain at the top-of-the-table.

Lens have been impressive but have perhaps stumbled against weaker sides in Ligue 1 this season but they should still come out on top here.
