Paris SG vs Real Madrid prediction

Paris SG slumped to a 4-0 defeat at Wolfsburg on Matchday 1 last week in what was a worrying start to their league phase campaign.

Having also lost 1-6 at home to OL Lyonnes in their domestic league at the end of September, there is a sense that heads can quickly drop should the match get away from them.

In contrast, Real Madrid blew Roma away last week in Italy, taking control of the match in the second half to clinch a 6-2 triumph on home turf.

Paris are a better side than they showed on Matchday 1, and should put in a better performance after a week's rest (they did not contest a domestic fixture over the weekend). However, Real Madrid are scoring plenty of goals at the moment - ten in their last two games across all competitions alone - and are playing with the greater confidence.
