Although they ended up losing 2-5 to holders Barcelona on Matchday 1, there were some positives to take from a Paris FC perspective given that they went ahead against their star-studded opponents.
The fixture list hasn't been too kind to them though, given that they now face 2024-25 champions Arsenal in the second set of fixtures.
Having said that, the Gunners have not started the season in convincing fashion at all. It wasn't until the 93rd minute that Mariona Caldentey's penalty broke the deadlock against HB Koge last week, while Renee Slegers' side followed that with a defeat to London rivals Chelsea in the Women's Super League.
Arsenal certainly aren't as prolific as Barcelona, and Paris FC are typically a well-organised team. The visitors still have the edge on paper but they simply aren't scoring enough goals right now, so under 2.5 goals is the tip.
