Panama vs Honduras prediction
Panama have, as mentioned, a developing squad and probably a better side than the one that qualified for their first ever FIFA World Cup in 2018. They have qualified for the quarter-finals of the CONCACAF Gold Cup with three victories from three, most recently hammering Jamaica by four goals to one the other day.
Honduras, on the other hand, began their 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup group stage campaign with a 6-0 demolition at the hands of Panama. They did manage to earn slender back-to-back victories against El Salvador and Curacao to progress, scoring a second-half stoppage-time winner against Curacao in their final game.
Panama have proven themselves to be one of the very strongest sides in North America in the last year or so and they are firm favourites to make the semi-finals here.
