Australia responded emphatically to defeat in the opening ODI, their bowlers putting in an outstanding performance to bowl out Pakistan for 190 chasing 232, winning by 41 runs. Nathan Ellis picked up four wickets, continuing what has been an excellent series for him with six wickets over the course of two matches, picking up more scalps than any of his teammates in each game so far.

You'd expect Pakistan to offer more threat with the bat in this third encounter, with the openers in particular needing to step up after two subpar performances from both Sahibzada Farhan and Maaz Sadaqat. However, Ellis has been bowling beautifully and has taken extremely well to conditions in the sub-continent. He'll likely play a big part in this rubber match again and backing him to record over 1.5 match wickets for the third straight contest is well worth considering.
