Pafos have been growing as a club over the last few seasons and they won the Cypriot First Division title for the first time ever last season as they reached the round of 16 of the UEFA Europa Conference League. They defeated Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the second qualifying round of this competition, and have since added the likes of David Luiz and Anderson Silva into their squad.
The latter scored the only goal of the game last week as Pafos defeated Dynamo Kyiv by a goal to nil in the first-leg of their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie at Lublin Arena in the neutral territory of Poland last week.
Dynamo Kyiv will be fearful of falling way behind early on if Pafos get off to a good start and the Cypriots have to be considered the favourites to progress with home advantage.
