Oxford vs Leeds prediction

Following the controversial sacking of Des Buckingham, former Millwall boss Gary Rowett has done a very good job in charge of Oxford United, despite some concerns over their efficiency and effectiveness in the final third. They pushed themselves further away from the danger zone with a 1-0 defeat of Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough last weekend.

They now take on a Leeds United side that have seemingly arrested their slight slide to mean they begin Good Friday sitting five points clear of Sheffield United in third, albeit the Blades play before Leeds on the day. Leeds most recently defeated Preston North End by two goals to one last week thanks to goals from Manor Solomon and Jayden Bogle.

Oxford defeated Sheffield United at the Kassam earlier this month and have proven themselves to be difficult to score against but Leeds will still be confident over overwhelming the U’s.

Oxford vs Leeds tip: Leeds to win & under 3.5 goals
